10 Toronto Condos with Best Swimming Pools
A swimming pool is often considered one of the most important amenity by potential buyers. And there is a good reason for that. A good swimming pool is hard to come by, and when they do, more often than not, they are small and only good enough to take a leap from one end to the other.
I, personally, am a big fan of large swimming pools that are long enough for me to take laps and call it a good work out. And large pools are very rare in a condominium, and I often have to go to public swimming pools (and some public pools are great too in Toronto).
Here is a list of 10 condos that have a great swimming pool in their list of amenities, and offer a unique selling proposition for potential buyers.
