About Condo

Overview
This will be a landmark mixed-use project born of David Mirvish’s grand vision of Toronto’s future. “Starchitect” and fellow Toronto native Frank Gehry has created the plans for two very tall condo towers rising from a base that houses an art gallery, a new campus for OCAD university and retail space. Existing heritage buildings including the Princess of Wales and Royal Alexandra theatres will be preserved and incorporated into what has been described as “a genuine architectural masterpiece”.
Currently in preconstruction, the two residential towers will be located on King Street West at Simcoe, one 82-storeys tall, the other 92-storeys tall, with a total of about 1950 suites. As Frank Gehry designs, these downtown condos are destined to become two of Toronto’s most important buildings.
At Mirvish + Gehry Toronto, you can own a piece of the city’s future, designed by one of the preeminent architects of his time. That opportunity doesn’t happen every day.
What’s Nearby
Mirvish + Gehry Toronto will be in the heart of the Entertainment District, right downtown, where you’ll find Broadway caliber shows and restaurant row. The Core is home to the world-renowned CN Tower, once the tallest free standing structure in the world as well as the historic Round House Park which is the home of the Steam Whistle Brewing Company. There really isn’t anything you’d ever want for, amazing dining options, independent coffee shops and grocery stores everywhere as well as a short walk to The Waterfront, where you can enjoy the best of the summer months and the always incredible St. Lawrence Market is close at hand.
Getting Around
Living in a condo in The Core, is a dream. Everything you can think of is only minutes away and if it’s raining or the middle of a sub-zero winter, the PATH system is the best way to get around. The PATH is a network of underground shops and restaurants with direct access to over 50 condos/ office towers, TTC subways and Union Station and at 30 km in total distance; you could stay underground all day if you wanted to!
Above ground, you can hop on a number of Streetcars or buses to get to your destination and the Gardiner Expressway is at the foot of the neighbourhood if you’d rather drive.
